I have a keen interest in strategy, sustainable climate transition, and systems thinking.A versatilist by nature, I have developed transferable skills in value proposition design, people leadership, programme, project and functional management and stakeholder engagement. I have proven ability to solve problems through data analysis, create auditable frameworks for disclosure, and influence at all levels, internally and externally. My innate customer focused approach has inspired teams to deliver operational excellence and service excellence and improve processes throughout my career. I have built organisational capability in customer experience and marketing communications, developed customer strategy, managed operating model change, mapped customer journeys and over delivered on KPIs. I am adept at assessing business requirements, creating business cases, risk control, business process review and project management. My customer focus and strategic thinking give me a passion for creative problem solving, and I am proud to be solving issues in the climate space for businesses.
