   Ever since Russell’s childhood he has loved all sports and particularly tennis. He sought to excel in them through his passion for fitness and sports biomechanics. Since 2008 he has turned his determined desire for sports performance enhancement from himself to athletes with similar goals. From that time he has worked with Olympians, professional and college athletes to young athletes trying to get a college athletic scholarship or improve and make their school or club team and excel there. He has owned Xceed Sports Performance in Gainesville, Florida since 2010 where he specializes in athletic performance enhancement is has been dedicated to helping athletes reach higher levels of performance. During that time approximately 100 high school clients have gone off to play college sports. Training is individualized to meet the specific need of the client from strength and conditioning, sports skill development, neurological development, to post rehabilitation pain relief training and injury prevention.
