Hard work beats talent, when talent doesn’t work hard.” These words have rang throughout my head ever since I first heard them as a young wet behind the ears kid from a small town in northeast Indiana. I realized that no matter the circumstances, no goal or challenge is insurmountable. No matter who I was up against, I would go on to outwork them ten times out of ten. Success to me is the endless pursuit of a worthy ideal. Anyone who has ever been successful has failed and failed again. That being said, we are most defined by the moments after failure. The successful dig deep inside themselves in these moments and use said obstacle as a platform to get to that next level. I look forward to networking with many of you on this platform and sharing our thoughts and ideas with the world.
