I am responsible for setting standards in three major areas of core business to develop, implement and assess professional standards in the UK and overseas. I work as part of the Senior Leadership Team to delivery high standards in national examinations, national recruitment, design and delivery of the training programme in the UK, monitoring the workforce in the UK.Led a programme to deliver major technology transformation to create a novel online professional development system: the Lifelong Learning Platform, with integrated ePortfolio, logbook and continuing professional development functionality to meets the needs of members. Implemented a new education strategy to transform and revolutionise the College’s educational offer and activities to members, by implementing new digital platforms and creating revenue opportunities for the College.Strategic and lead for the College’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion programme which uses an evidence-based approach to deliver change in 3 main areas; organisational, member-focussed and internal.Successfully secured grant funding from external funding bodies of £900k to deliver eLearning educational projects.Led the development and implementation of the College’s first ever Global Partnerships Strategy to establish the College’s reach and influence internationally, engage with members overseas, and deliver training and organisational expansion outside of the UK.Staff lead of the College’s training and examinations response to COVID-19 pandemic, including delivering virtual examinations, online recruitment and education via new online platforms both in the UK and overseas, representing the specialty in senior-level meetings with stakeholders and continuing to deliver key functions of the College to support members and provide workforce solutions to Government
