About Russel Sarpy
I was in Law Enforcement for 20+ years. for the past several years I have been working to develop and introduce LENSS, software that allows Police Officers to share information quickly and easily. In the process I have spent a great deal of time talking to officers from departments large and small. Those conversations were about how officers were interacting with our technology, but they were also about how the officers handled situations that they faced every day and the lessons learned from those events.
