ABOUT RUSSEL FREEMAN
An experienced senior leader, operations professional and accredited coach with a proven track record leading successful teams in maritime and technical domains. Currently leading operational delivery, including site and facilities management, for QinetiQ at Portsdown Technology Park. Formerly a ship\'s captain and head of establishment in the Royal Navy, and deputy head of department at the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA). Key strengths are in developing a strong team culture to deliver results safely within a busy, dynamic and fluid environment. An accredited coach and mentor my philosophy is to empower individuals, mentor them through challenges and to engender a happy, focussed environment where people look forward to coming to work.
