Anesthesia: theory of operation and application of anesthesia systems and devices from neonates through to adults. • Real time anesthesia delivery problem analysis and problem solving to enable case continuity to minimize patient risk and OR surgical team disruption. • Areas of support within the hospital include day surgery, inpatient surgery, CT/MRI, Cath Lab, Hybrid OR and other treatment / therapeutic OR\'s where anesthesia is applied. • New Product Development: extensive experience in leading and facilitating corporate and independent teams through immersion programs to understand consumer behavior and beliefs to drive product requirements engineering. • Fuzzy Front end exploration in the consumer environment (private homes, workplaces and hospitals) of white spaces outside of existing business channels and product lines. • Program management of $18 Million anesthesia research and development program for new generation platform delivery (integration of anesthesia delivery, physiological monitoring and information technology). • Design and delivery of large scale idea conceptualization based on hundreds of documented prioritized problems extracted from the consumer environment. • Medical product management in International markets China, Japan, South Asia, Australia and India. • Process modeling and behavioral mapping to define social networks and workflows • Human factor & ergonomic research utilizing head mounted eye-tracking systems • User Interface design for web applications utilizing screen based eye-tracking systems • Strategic visioning facilitation with executive teams • Business goal integration and alignment facilitation within merging multinational corporate structures • Development of strategic and tactical roadmaps for new products and business models
