Tableau Ambassadors teach and share while fostering a positive and supportive space within the community. They give credit where credit is due, and prioritize inclusivity in everything they do. They shine the spotlight on new voices, innovative ideas, and make the communities around them better. Tableau Ambassadors serve in one of seven branches: Forums, User Groups, Academic, DataDev, Public, Social and CRM Analytics.Academic Ambassadors are Tableau champions in higher education who empower and inspire others to acquire fundamental skills to improve their employability. Student Ambassadors support Tableau Academic Programs through on-campus events and social media campaigns to prepare students for success in today’s data-driven world. Instructor Ambassadors are the guiding light for other educators to get inspired by and to support and advise and innovate the Academic Programs with us.While I am not a Tableau employee, I have served as one of their Academic Ambassadors in a volunteer capacity.
