My career sits at the intersection of semiconductor technology, IP strategy, and business operations. Over twenty-one years at Intel, I’ve directly contributed to the commercial and IP infrastructure that an advanced semiconductor foundry relies on: procurement frameworks, information barrier architecture, IP classification systems, modular agreement platforms, and technology licensing structures spanning inbound, outbound, and supplier investment deals. I have developed business workflows, drafted agreement frameworks, negotiated directly with suppliers, customers, and government agencies, and partnered with engineering and executive leadership to enable solutions and minimize disputes. Across procurement, sales, and investment, my lifetime transaction value exceeds $50B. The frameworks I built have governed billions in capital equipment procurement, served foundry programs, and shaped IP policy positions adopted by the CHIPS Program Office. In my current role as a Director of Intel Foundry\'s IP Program Office in Engineering Business Operations, I am leading transformation toward an AI-native IP operating model: IP capture, portfolio direction and analytics, as well as agentic business policy guidance that engineers can self-serve. AI is compressing what used to take weeks into hours.
