Forty plus years in the green industry. 1981 - 83 General Manager for Native Plants Wholesale Nursery and tissue culture greenhouses, Sandy, Utah. 19••••85 General Manager of Porter Lane Wholesale Nursery, Centerville, Utah. 19••••86 General Manager for a 2.5 acre co-generation heated greenhouse growing a wide assortment of indoor and outdoor floral crops. 1986 Managed a 15 acre co-generation hydroponic greenhouse in Rifle, Colorado. 1991 Vice-President of Operations for Colorado Greenhouse overseeing 120 acres of state of the art glass greenhouses, 40 acres in New Mexico and eighty acres in Colorado. In started my own landscape and nursery business in Grants, NM. In 2001 took the position of General Manager for Breezy Hill Nursery, Salem, WI. 2008 General Manager with Heritage Farms Nursery, Wonder Lake. 2009 started Wirtz Realty owned Ivanhoe Nursery, Mundelein, IL, Developing a 200 acre nursery specializing in growing ball and burlapped trees and shrubs for the northern mid-west.
