Joined Allied Building Products February 1998 as an Inside Sales Representative.Promoted to Outside Sales January to Branch Manager in July 2003.Branch Manager of the Year, for Allied Building Products, for 2004.Promoted to Senior Branch Manager in December 2007. Promoted to District Manager in December 2009.Promoted to Assistant Regional Manager in June 2012.District Manager of the year for, The Great Plains Region, for 2014Received ABP Outstanding Community Ambassador Award for 2014Attended Strategic Management Program in Dublin Ireland.January 2016 the Twin Cities added to responsibilitiesJanuary 2018 NPR had all three districts (Dakotas, Minnkota, Twin Cities) recognized for excellanceMarch 1st 2018 District Manager for Midwest North District, includes Minnesota, North and South DakotaABP was purchased by Beacon Roofing Supply, finalized on January 2, 2018. I was appointed District Manager for the Midwest Region - North District. This includes Minnesota, North and South Dakota.During my years at CFF: I was President of the Board for the Dakotas Chapter. I reunited disgruntled parents and CFF to work together for the betterment of the children who suffer from this deadly disease. During my years at NDAD:We were one of the smallest organizations in the state, we rose to number one within two years. I wrote and extensive internal control manual that was the model used for other organizations. I was appointed to the Attorney Generals advisory board by then Attorney general Nick Spaeth.
