   Technical leader responsible for the assessment and analysis of critical asset security in international and domestic environments. Responsible for maintaining strategic alliances with a diverse set of sponsors across multiple agencies and foreign governments. Bridges the gap between field implementation and Science and Technology content at PNNL in order to bring science to solutions. Responsible for conducting training workshops with international partners to facilitate the development of capabilities and architecture necessary to support sustainable nuclear, radiological, and critical energy infrastructure physical and cyber security. Additionally, as a trained emergency responder, interfaces with senior levels at state and federal agencies, private enterprise, and municipalities to assist in the development of a national response to minimize the systemic impacts of significant domestic power outages.
