ABOUT RUSS GALLON
I am a highly ambitious and competent engineering and aerospace Project Manager with a proven track record of delivery in complex and challenging environments. As a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, I am passionate about both management and leadership and I am proud of the high performing teams I have developed on challenging development programmes. I am also a Non Executive Director of the WEAF. This has allowed me to broaden my perspective of management and leadership outside of the AIRBUS environment and I have had the opportunity to drive change in a very challenging but agile environment. I am a strong advocate of education/continued professional development and have spent a significant amount of my career in study and I have also supported a local community school as Vice Chair of Governors.
