ABOUT RUSS BURKE
For over 40 years I have worked extensively in process & quality management mainly in the automotive industry. I have also taught Information technology, robotics, and programming at college. In addition I have implemented these teachings into real world applications such as designing & implementing early vision systems to drive out waste. During my career to date, I have worked globally with several organisations in a senior, leadership, or consulting role helping improve their productivity through waste reduction activities such as Lean Manufacturing and value stream mapping, implementing & training robust logical problem-solving approaches. I have also been involved with start ups designing and implementing quality management systems with a key focus on future requirements whilst ensuring the more immediate requirements are met. I’m also fortunate to mentor quality managers in sectors.
