I am a highly motivated and experienced individual who leads by setting a clear vison and strategy to deliver through the people and the team around me. Having spent 30 years in the aerospace industry in an engineering capacity, the last 13 of which in a leadership role, I moved into programme management in 2016 to further my desire to drive complete business performance and achievement. I work across organisations both internally and with customers and suppliers, developing networks with the key stakeholder I need to be successful. I have experience of delivering complex programmes and thrive in diverse situations having been successful in working in the UK, Europe, North America, India and the UAE. I value those around me and look to guide and support the team to deliver the collective goals and targets. I am currently undertaking APM ChPP accreditation.
