ABOUT RUSHNINDER MAAN

I’m a Business Information Technology student at Red River College Polytechnic with a passion for how technology can make life easier and more efficient. I chose this field because I’ve always looked for ways to automate tasks and save time, which led to a deeper interest in how applications are built and how they can solve real-world problems.Throughout my studies, I’ve developed a strong foundation in data analysis, web development, cybersecurity, and database management. I’ve worked with tools and languages like SQL, Power BI, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, C#.NET, and Git to create functional and user-friendly solutions.I’ve had the opportunity to work on projects like developing a dynamic vehicle quote system in C# and building a full Content Management System (CMS) that allowed users to manage and update web content with ease. These projects helped strengthen my skills in application design, logic building, and front-end development.I also bring strong communication and problem-solving abilities from my experience in peer mental health support and customer service. I’m currently looking to start my career in IT as a business analyst or in application design, where I can combine my technical skills, creativity, and user-focused mindset to help businesses work smarter and improve the way people interact with technology.
