About Rushmita Bhattacharjee
As a Graduate Research Assistant at Boise State University, I work on the failure analysis of field emitter arrays for harsh environment applications. I am performing simulations and experiments to understand the root causes of failure and propose solutions to enhance the arrays\' reliability and performance.I have a strong background in RF and microwave electronics. Having completed my MTech degree from the University of Burdwan and interned at DRDO, I studied and optimized W-band folded waveguide travelling wave tubes for high-frequency applications. I also gained hands-on experience characterizing GaN high electron mobility transistors at the Indian Institute of Science. I am proficient in using HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, and other RF and microwave design and analysis tools. I am motivated by the challenge of solving complex problems and advancing state-of-the-art technology in vacuum microelectronics.
