Preconstruction is the Technical and Operations arm of the BlastOne Sales Department. Preconstruction works with our Sales Executives to develop and strategize efficient, effective blast and paint solutions for our clients. The preconstruction team works on the strategic planning with the creation of the plan to support the entire project, including cost estimates, design, timeline, labor, and materials. This role will serve as a leader and mentor to the team of Preconstruction Project Managers, Industrial Designers, Estimators, and SME (Subject Matter Expert) resources to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture through effective management of project flow and workload, technical oversight to ensure solution success and application, and strategic planning by taking time to work \"on\" the business and not \"in\" the business.
