A technically sound Civil Engineer with Post Graduation in Advance Construction Management from NICMAR and 03+ years of Experience in the Core Construction Industry including Contract and Claims Management. I have been working as a Senior Engineer performing forensic Delay Analysis, Quantum Analysis (prolongation cost claims) as well as Disruption analysis (loss of productivity). Being an Associate Consultant, I have assisted in more than 11 large scale infrastructure project assignments for reputed Indian as well as foreign EPC Contractors. The spectrum of sectors include Oil and Gas, Power Projects (Solar and Hydro Power), Airports, Railways (EDFC and WDFC), Real Estate, Coal Handling Plants as well as industrial projects. Further, I carry an experience in Monitoring and Controlling an interior construction of a Large Scale Pharmaceutical-Commercial Building Project where I was an in-charge of completing and handing over of the project within scheduled timelines. I also carry an experience as a Site Engineer (Trainee) in Construction of 4 lane PQC Road - Nagpur Ring Road which was a HAM project.
