As a student aspiring to join the field of Investment Banking (specifically in Mergers and Acquisitions), I have constantly been working to gain knowledge on the financial world and learn as much as I can. Much of my learning has come from courses and certifications I have taken, such as a Finance course, a Data Modeling course, Bloomberg Market Concepts, and an Investment Banking Job Simulation. My learning has allowed me to pick up multiple skills necessary to thrive in this sector, including Finance Fundamentals, Financial Modeling, and M&A. I have been able to use these skills through different experiences offered at the Kelley School of Business, such as clubs and case competitions. As a freshman, I have a vast number of opportunities available to me here at Indiana University - Bloomington, and I hope to capitalize on them all. Go Hoosiers!
