Led end-to-end governance and monitoring for 100% of live models by including X2 CallMonitor, CallTrace P2P, TVAO NGO, TVAO Public, ensuring continuous compliance and risk mitigation. Presented actionable insights to MGC and provided Client Monitoring Reports, enhancing transparency and decision-making. Delivered bespoke product-level monitoring reports within the required timeframe, now included in quarterly reports. Developed a similar report for Motor Finance as requested of other clients. Modified it on sub-product level view for a product. Enabled the UK governance team to gain attribute-level insights into TV AO models, enhancing their ability to provide more detailed insights in MGC. Shared successful implementation with the global team, leading to potential global adoption. Developed a Power BI dashboard to analyze trends, aiding future model development. Created an attribute cluster graph to simplify the identification of attributes impacting model performance. Attribute Monthly Monitoring Report: Developed a scalable template for processing large Spark datasets, improving reporting capabilities and addressing concerns raised in critical incident. Also ensured that the report is model-independent and met UK-specific requirements.
