About Rushikesh Patil
I find great fulfillment in exploring the diverse applications of the Operations domain in both industrial and everyday contexts. I have served as an Assistant Manager in the Manufacturing Engineering department at SKF India, I was actively involved in a multifarious range of projects encompassing Process optimization, Process engineering, New product development, Lean six sigma, and total quality management. My tenure at SKF India has also included a year-long immersion in the company\'s GET training program, which imparted me with a comprehensive understanding of the full value chain. During this program, I gained invaluable experience working in various departments, including Demand chain, Purchase, Quality, and Business Excellence, among others, which have afforded me an unparalleled perspective of the industry. I am currently persuing MBA at IIM Bangalore. In addition to my professional pursuits, I like playing badminton and relish engaging with children. I find that interacting with kids teaches me how to live life with unabashed authenticity and abandon, which has undoubtedly influenced my professional outlook as well. My unyielding commitment to continuous learning and innovation motivates me to explore and expand my knowledge in the field.
