As we strive to uphold the highest standards in pharma industry, it is crucial to comply with all CGMP, GXP and other regulatory requirements. As the primary accountable person for technical training documentation compliance, I am dedicated to making our site audit-ready. Through creating training modules on relevant technical topics and conducting training, I am actively participating in the entire flow of training activities at our site. This includes induction training, training need identification, training conduct, evaluation, and feedback. I also ensure proper training of trainers and functional heads, as well as handling and issuance of training documents. In addition, I arrange on-the-job training and maintain training metrics to continuously improve our workforce. As the Catalog Administrator, Content Administrator, People Administrator, HR Administrator, and learner in L2LMS (SABA) software, I am committed to ensuring the effectiveness of training through various engagement initiatives such as periodic assessments and quizzes. I also play a crucial role in coordinating external technical training programs at our site and submitting monthly training report to corporate through MIS. Furthermore, I believe in the importance of training for all employees, including contractual workers. I ensure their compliance with GMP training and effective implementation of the Contractual Employees Training Management System (CETMS) at site.
