Firewall Configuration & Management: Configure FortiGate firewalls for all locations and test environments. Update the firewall’s firmware to mitigate any vulnerabilities regarding the FortiGates.• Vulnerability Tracking & Scanning: Stay updated on the newest vulnerabilities that affect any of our network appliances. Perform antivirus scans with ESET Endpoint Antivirus and run vulnerability scans using Nexpose Rapid7. • SIEM Setup: Helped set up our Google SecOps instance and created all dashboards and widgets for the IT security team to view. Monitor network traffic on Google SecOps for any unusual, suspicious, or malicious behavior. View any account lockouts, continuous authentication attempts, failed login attempts and more. • Log Analyzation: Inspect logs using FortiAnalyzer to help troubleshoot network related issues. Conduct investigations involving a compromise of our systems by checking firewall logs and windows event logs.• Retail Store Setup & Maintenance: Configure all of the necessary network devices for any new retail stores, like firewalls, access points, and switches. Help maintain the retail store network and perform updates to the firewalls, access points, and switches when needed. Maintain the IP address list for the retail store environment.
