About Rushd Syed
As a current junior majoring in Computer Science and Philosophy, I aspire to enter into the field of software engineering – ideally as a fullstack developer working in a diverse team, hopefully within the financial industry. I’d love the ability to combine my communication skills with my technical background, working to achieve the dreams of clients and customers alike. I have experience in OOP/backend development using Java, low-level coding in C, and frontend experience with HTML/CSS and Javascript frameworks such as React. I also am proficient in version control systems, working in agile environments, and am currently learning database management. Within philosophy, I’m concentrating in logic, which has helped greatly with my ability to communicate clearly, understand complex systems, and think analytically.
