ABOUT RUSHAN SALIM SURI

As a final year law student at the Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia, my academic pursuits have been enriched by a focus on Constitutional Law, Human Rights Law, and International Humanitarian Law, with a special emphasis on the rights of minorities and women. One of the most rewarding aspects of my academic journey has been participating in moot court competitions, where I have honed my legal reasoning, public speaking, and teamwork skills. These experiences have not only prepared me for the rigors of legal practice but have also underscored the importance of advocacy and the power of the law to effect positive change. My career goals are centered around working with organizations and institutions that are dedicated to advancing human rights and social justice. I am particularly interested in roles that allow me to contribute to policy development, legal reform, and advocacy efforts. I am eager to collaborate with like-minded professionals who share my vision of a fair and just society. I am always open to new connections and collaborations that can help drive meaningful change.
