I have been employed at Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd (TCE) since august 28, 2023. Single-handedly, I serve as a consultant for esteemed clients such as L&T, Vadodara Heavy Engineering Works in Vadodara, L&T A.M. Naik Heavy Engineering Complex in Hazira, and Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd in Ahmedabad. My responsibilities include overseeing QA/QC surveys for pressure vessels and their major components. I manage daily inspections of fabrication works, which involve raw material inspection, destructive testing, dimensional inspection, setup, welding procedure qualification, welder performance qualification, monitoring welding processes, witnessing non-destructive testing methods like PT, MT, UT, RT, and MSLT, as well as post-weld heat treatment and hydrostatic testing. Additionally, I review and maintain project QA/QC documents, conduct quarterly audits, and monitor project progress to ensure timely release of parts for final packaging and dispatch, all while maintaining utmost quality and safety standards.
