Lead the coordinating/execution of applicable project financings, sales, and acquisitions. Manage and track all aspects of transactions, including interface with third parties. Negotiate, draft, and execute agreements and contracts on behalf of NES, including, but not limited to, legal documents required for project financings, asset sales, and loan closings. Schedule and lead diligence and closing checklist calls for internal and external stakeholders. Advance project specific engineering and construction documentation, including tracking warranties and shipping information. Track all post-closing covenants and obligations of NES and ensure compliance with project agreements. Manage contracts and data rooms. Interface with, and provide support to, construction and engineering in the development of progress reports and other project tracking documentation. Manage corporate entity structure. Train, develop, and manage the Legal Assistant. Coordinate with outside counsel.
