Motivated by my passion for people and organizational growth, I pursued an MBA in HR and successfully transitioned into Human Resources.Currently, I serve as a Senior HR Executive at Reliance Industries, where I manage pre-boarding and onboarding for both campus and lateral hiring, conduct induction programs for new joiners, draft Annual Operating Plan (AOP) reports highlighting KPIs, BAU activities, and projects for the CoE–HR Operations—streamlining reporting processes and enabling data-driven decision-making.
