ABOUT RUSCHA FIELDS

As Founder of The Good Plant Company, I help organisations create workplaces that feel calmer, healthier and more human through thoughtful biophilic design. For the past seven years, I’ve worked with designers, architects and clients across the UK to bring nature into offices and workspaces in a way that genuinely supports wellbeing, neurodiversity and a more sustainable way of working.My approach is rooted in simplicity and collaboration: listening to what people need from their workspace, understanding how design affects mood and behaviour, and creating planting schemes that look beautiful and maintained perfectly by our team of trained technicians. Whether it’s a managed plant service, a workplace refurbishment or a large-scale installation, I’m passionate about environments that help people feel good.I contribute to the wider industry through my roles with the British Council for Offices (East Anglia) and plants@work, helping connect professionals who care about creating better places to work.Special interests: biophilic design, office plants, green walls, moss panels, events and seasonal Christmas trees.
