ABOUT RUSBEH HASHEMIAN
Since July 2025, I’m a member of the global PwC Technology Leadership Team as a Managing Partner. Together with my roles as the PwC EMEA CIO and the Lead for Products & Technology in PwC Europe and Germany, I’m focused on driving our AI-led transformation, and on unifying and regionalizing our tech function across EMEA. Together with our Network Firms, we build innovative, asset-based solutions that create value for both clients and our teams. Our ambition: to become the world’s leading asset-based professional services firm through cutting-edge digital capabilities and seamless global collaboration. From 20••••25 I served as a member of the German Management Board, and before that as PwC Europe New Ventures Lead, where my team and I scaled our digital product business -covering pricing, marketing, sales, and go-to-market. Earlier in my career, I spent four years in New York, supporting PwC’s global and US firm strategy and transformation. During that time, I led the introduction of enterprise-wide cloud platforms across CRM, HRM, and end-to-end business operations. Together with our Network Firms, we aim to create a seamless global tech experience - one that fuels innovation, drives impact, empowers our people and serves our clients.
