Perseverance, Bias to Action, Grit, and a desire to Impact has more to do with one\'s passion than the title. This is even more important when it comes to product management. Over the last 10 years, I\'ve worked across diverse industries; from startups to big tech; ideated, launched & scaled B2B, B2C, and Enterprise products; co-founded and invested in startups. I love approaching products by first principle thinking, human-centered design, empathy, and diversity & inclusion. WHY? because products are more about humans, less about technology; and humans are driven by emotions rather than logic, influenced by assumptions and conventions, and have a deep desire to belong and feel important. If I had to sum up my take on Product Management in a few words then it\'d be; The product management function in any org and as a result, a PM becomes successful not on its own; but when everyone and every function in the org start thinking from their customer\'s perspective and puts customers first. Outside of work, I am a cool dad to a happy and cute 2-year-old boy. Always up for a good poker game and short trips. I love writing and sharing my learnings on product management, parenting, and growth, in the simplest words possible.
