About Andrew Rupnow

Founder and a Managing Member of OMNI Solutions, Mr. Rupnow studied electrochemical engineering and was mentored at the Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic at UW Madison. He later studied mergers and acquisitions at Columbia University Business School. Mr. Rupnow has been active with ultraviolet light and ozone-related technologies for over 15 years. As a hyper-creative thinker, he is a decorated multi-patented inventor published in over thirty countries for his innovative approaches to product and procedure development in this field. Mr. Rupnow has developed OMNI’s business model, product formulations, trade secrets, and leads the company’s technology growth strategy. Entrepreneur Magazine has awarded him as one of the Best New Companies in America in 2016 and 2018, SoCal Gas’s Trade Ally of the Year in 2016, Top New Technologies of the 2017 Clean Show, Runner Up in the National UPS Business Plan Competition in 2019, received TRSA’s Sustainability Award in 2020, won Best in Class in the Global Pharma and Healthcare Industry Awards in 2020, and a 2022 winner of the Wisconsin Innovation Awards.
