The product exists in 6 states with a planned roadmap to expand to 50 states throughout 2022- Implemented a multiline Cannabis program across 49 states; led the end-to-end implementation including solution design, reporting setup, and filing with the department of insurance and claims logistics. The program has generated $40 Million in two years and projected $30 Million in the year 2022- Developed and implemented processes and workflow improvements using lean methodologies- Co-founded, and led initiatives for Farmers\' ERG, Farmers Farmer Asian Alliance (FAA) a diversity and Inclusion employee resource group.
