ABOUT RUPINDER KAUR

As a Quality Control Technician at St Helens, I ensure the quality and safety of the products and processes, using my problem-solving, deadline management, and request management skills. I work with a team of technicians and engineers to perform inspections, tests, and audits, using Jira software to track and document the results. I also collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve any quality issues or non-conformities, and to implement continuous improvement initiatives.I have a strong background in project management and strategic leadership, which I acquired through my education and previous work experiences. I graduated from Lambton College with an Advanced Project Management and Strategic Leadership degree in 2020, where I completed a case study project on Hurontario Light Rail transit, learning how to manage and complete projects within the cost, time, and schedule. I also hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Panjab University, with a major in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. I have experience as an HR Recruiter at Global Employment, and as a Fulfillment Center Associate at Amazon, where I developed my communication, teamwork, and customer service skills. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I have obtained multiple certifications, such as Learning Personal Branding, Individual Security Guard, and Learning Jira Software, from LinkedIn and the Ontario Government.
