Worked on Capital Markets Fixed Income trading modules, supporting end-to-end TPS trade cash flow for internal and external trades, including ECN Gateway and TPS workstations, across trade entry, creation, matching and back-office approval through TML systems. • Implemented Preventive Booking Controls (PBC) for firm accounts, enabling soft-block messages for restricted account selections using Java 8, Spring XML, Maven, and a monolithic architecture. • Enhanced trade processing by propagating execution timestamps from upstream GIFI and Citi FIX transactions to ECN Gateway trades, TPS cash trade entry monolithic services, and trade booking microservices using Java 8/17, event-driven architecture, JMS, Kafka, REST APIs and Swagger. • Developed and configured new Smart System–driven Preventive Booking Controls with enable/disable functionality managed through Oracle SQL and DB Waivers. • Integrated PBC URLs into trade block responses to provide clear UI-level visibility into trade rejection reasons related to pricing, account, and trader controls using Spring Boot and REST APIs. • Improved code quality and test coverage using SonarQube, JUnit, and Mockito, addressing defects, security vulnerabilities, and code smells. • Supported CI/CD and deployments using Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, JFrog, OpenShift, TeamCity, Urban Deploy, and LightSpeed. • Resolved Development, UAT, and Production issues using Kibana, Grafana, debugging tools, shell scripting, and Tactica. • Leveraged Citi AI tools, including IDE Copilot, and Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent, to enhance daily development productivity.
