As a senior clinical pharmacist at the forefront of digital health, I lead the development and strategy of medicines optimisation content across Optum’s digital platforms. I collaborate with clinicians, product teams, and tech experts to ensure our clinical content is evidence-based, aligned with national guidance, and responsive to emerging trends in prescribing, safety, and cost-effectiveness. I specialise in:• Clinical content strategy and authoring• Horizon scanning for new guidance and safety alerts• Data-driven decision-making and outcome monitoring• Quality assurance and clinical governance• Leading multidisciplinary teams (pharmacists, technicians, GPs) I also manage and implement clinical pharmacy programs, including pilots and service rollouts, using analytics to track KPIs, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.🤝 Cross-functional collaboration is key to my role — I work closely with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support feature development, service mobilisation, and customer engagement
