Agriculture is not just cultivation—it\'s innovation, empowerment, and change.As a postgraduate in Agricultural Extension Education, I have conducted detailed research on mushroom growers’ entrepreneurial behavior, combining socio-economic insights with field-level realities.With hands-on fieldwork, through structured surveys, field interviews and in-depth data analysis, I have explored how technology, training, and decision-making shape modern Agri-entrepreneurs. From Krishi Melas to village fields, my journey has been rooted in connecting science with soil and people with purpose. I’ve worked directly with farmers and agricultural stakeholders to support knowledge-sharing and innovation adoption in rural areas. I’ve built skills in extension education, data analysis, and rural community engagement. My strength lies in turning ground-level observations into actionable insights for farmers and institutions alike.I’m driven to bridge the gap between traditional farming and modern entrepreneurship and I’m ready to collaborate on any initiative that grows people along with crops.

   As a Trainee Officer in the Agriculture Division at DCM Shriram Ltd, where my primary role bridges research, extension, and farmer engagement aimed at improving sugarcane productivity and sustainability for farmers.Key Responsibilities- Conducting and managing on-station and on-farm trials of sugarcane varieties- Evaluating and recording data on germination, tillering, pest resistance, yield performance, brix percentage and other agronomic parameters- Coordinating with farmers and ground level extension staff for on-farm demonstrations, training sessions, varietal replacement, diseases management practices and transfer of new technologies- Maintaining and managing research plots, digital data logs, reporting progress to the R&D team and design strategies for yield enhancement and input optimization- Engaged in the preparation of agricultural reports, technical bulletins, and crop advisory content for farmer outreach.This role has allowed me to apply my academic learning in real-world agricultural settings, while enhancing my ability to built strong rapport with farmers, enhancing two-way communication for feedback and adoption, contribute to research-led decisions, promote technology adoption and gained practical exposure to the agri-business ecosystem.
