Currently, I am working with the Finance team as a Record-to-Report Analyst, where I manage reporting activities for the US Insurance industry. My responsibilities include preparing and maintaining financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and other key documents that support strategic decision-making. I also assign tasks to cross-functional teams based on their responsibilities to ensure smooth workflow and accuracy in deliverables.Previously, I gained over 4 years of experience in the US Healthcare/Insurance industry. In this role, I was responsible for assigning tasks to teams in Mumbai and Manila, conducting training sessions for new batches, leading team huddles, and providing process updates. I also performed QC audits on tasks processed by coders and new team members to ensure accuracy and compliance. Additionally, I contributed by suggesting process improvement ideas to enhance quality, optimize FTE utilization, and drive dollar savings.
