ABOUT RUPESH SRIVASTAVA

I work on complex deep technology initiatives and ecosystem development, from early vision through to delivery. Much of my work starts with something that does not yet exist. A direction or a possibility that needs to be brought into reality. Most of this sits across quantum, space and AI, at the intersection of technology, policy, funding and people. These environments are rarely clean; there are competing priorities, different incentives, and real consequences if things do not hold together, including for the people whose work and aspirations are tied to the outcome. I take that seriously.I am involved from the early stages of work that matters and needs to move forward. My role is to establish direction, maintain clarity, and stay with it through the points where progress becomes difficult.I work across industry, academia, government and investment. That means holding different perspectives and incentives without losing what the work is trying to achieve. Relationships matter because they allow honest conversations and decisions to be carried through. The final 1% is where I do my best work. The last stretch where projects either land or they do not. This is where fatigue sets in and most things drift. I shift gear, dig deep, stay clear, and see it through.Deep technologies should contribute to real outcomes for society, not only economic value. That shapes the work I take on. My background includes technology startups and innovation driven organisations, including the development of the UK quantum computing ecosystem at the University of Oxford. The common thread is taking on things that are not straightforward and finding a way through.Outside of work, decades of meditation practice and founding Golden Bridge have shaped how I approach leadership and responsibility, especially when the stakes are high.If you are responsible for something complex and important, and it needs to land, feel free to reach out.
