My Prime role is to own seasonal fabrics in the Female TSD and Male Tops divisions of the Old Navy brand through the following key doings: Executed 70 to 100 developments per season including counter sourcing with increased developed-to-adoption ratio from 35% to 70% by exploring and presenting the trend right fabric. Led Seasonal product high-risk assessment and partnered with cross-functional team (PI, PD, and R&D teams) and successfully reduced the order cancellation ratio to 0% post order placement for testing and feasibility concerns. Piloted negotiation with Mill to achieve the best cost of new fabric, rebates, and platform fabric for capacity management. Identified, researched, and presented technological advancement and sharing market intelligence with cross-functional teams to drive forward innovation. Led the Product development life-cycle management by proactively setting up the checkpoints and successfully able to attain 2-week improvement in the PEET timeline through smooth bulk execution. Evaluation and execution of De-risking supply chain strategy.
