Hi there!I\'m Rupesh, a dedicated individual with a passion for food, Category Management, Operation, Supply Chain and problem solving.As a category manager at Farmley, I lead the imports and go-to-market solutions for key value items across nine categories and 16 SKUs. I have built scalable processes for vendor partnerships from eight countries and managed cold chain operations, supply chain sanity, OTIF, and vendor payment cycle optimization. I have a B.Tech degree in food technology and management from NIFTEM-K, where I learned the fundamentals of food processing, quality, safety, and innovation. I also have certifications in lean six sigma, Google analytics, and embedded system using Arduino. I have previous experience in business development and supply chain management at Zomato and The Coca-Cola Company, where I contributed to product proposition, supply side strategy, pricing, demand forecasting, assortment planning, merchandising, and inventory management. I am a self-motivated and result-driven individual with a passion for continuous improvement and a strong problem-solving skill. I have excellent interpersonal skills that help me build successful relationships internally and externally. I am adaptable to new environments and situations and enjoy working in teams as well as independently. My goal is to leverage my food tech and management expertise and my domain knowledge in imports and GTM to create value for Farmley and its customers.
