I’m a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, Ontario & Illinois), Chartered Accountant (India), and Lawyer (LL.B, India) with over 25 years of experience advising entrepreneurs, medical professionals, and tech founders on building lasting wealth through strategic tax planning, financial clarity, and corporate structuring. As the Managing Partner of Kapadia LLP, I lead a forward-thinking firm that specializes in tax, accounting, and advisory services for owner-managed businesses. Through our niche division CPA4Drs, we serve physicians and healthcare professionals using our proprietary Wealthy Doc System®—a fixed-fee framework designed to simplify finances, reduce taxes, and accelerate long-term wealth. Beyond my practice, I am an active investor in startups across accounting tech, artificial intelligence, and entertainment, as well as a real estate investor focused on hospitality, commercial, and development properties.
