Monitoring of Operation activity for 24X7X365 tier Data Center. Responsible for data Center service provisioning that includes rack and stack of devices, physical installation & commissioning of racks, server, PDUS, Camera, access control, Cages, hot aisle and cold aisle containment in coordination with internal team and suppliers. Remote Hand Support (Visual Inspection, Reboot devices, staging room, Physical connect/disconnect of HDD). Basic kowledgw of DCIM. Structured cabling, labeling and troubleshooting of Fiber optic cables/copper cables/telecom cables/patch panels. Preparation of inventory and track on consumable material. Allocation of power supply in within Data Center. Maintaining the data center PDU load sheet and oversee addition/removal of any server devices to track the load balance within permissible limit. To work with HVAC and EMS operator and technician to ensure that all personnel are familiar with all aspect of mechanical and electrical plant. Day to day monitoring of the 150 Racks Building management system which includes monitoring of Temperature, Humidity, run time of machine, FAS, FSS, WLD, UPS, DG sets, chiller, etc. Ensure strict adherence to standard engineering and safe practice by all the technical staff and service provider. Good understanding of Data Center infrastructure management with reference to server hall layout, space, power, cooling, rack and structure cabling. Vendor coordination and assistance for project activities related to the data center facility management. Good understanding of Server, storage, firewall, switches, routers, Modem. Physical assistance to the vendor who need to work in data center and has got the approval from the Bank, schedule the activities during non-impact or low impact hours based on critically of the activity. Ensure effective and efficient management of day to day 24 X 7 data center operation and UPTIME.
