Over 28 years of diversified experience on large projects in the Oil & Gas, petrochemical, chemical, ethylene, polypropylene, Fertilizer & various units of refinery. These include both grassroots and revamp projects that are sited in India, Middle East, Europe, Canada, USA, Morocco, China & KSA. He is skilled in piping layout, Modularization, Estimation of man-hours, Development of Plot plan, Equipment Layout, Piping GA, MTO, Line list, Nozzle orientation, Vendor drawing review, technical bid evaluation. Coordinating multidisciplinary project activities during pre-feed, feed, and detailed engineering stage to ensure work is done safely and according to project priority, budget, and schedule.Responsibilities included managing and leading a disciplinary engineering team for execution. Providing technical guidance to the Designers & Engineers, Co-ordination with client. Interdisciplinary co-ordination conducted model review and ensured engineering deliverables are generated to meet project requirements in terms of schedule. Co-ordination with foreign office for hold ups due to PDS, stress, field data, P & ID etc. Review of manpower / work hours, Micro-level planning and scheduling according to milestones planned by project.
