   Duties and Responsibilities End to End experience through roles managing International Trade Operation (Import & Export). Responsible for Account Management, Manage Customer Expectation, Customer Complaint, Understanding business priorities. MIS, Documents Audit & KPI Review with customer Co-ordinating with the source shipper to ensure the material is shipped on time. Updating the shipment if there is any change after shipment confirmation. Approve checklist for filing bill of entry. To ensure clearance of 24 x 7 of critical shipments To update status of clearance of critical shipments and daily shipments to internal customers/Stakeholders on daily basis. Ensure duty exemption under Free trade agreement for import clearance. Ensuring that import databases are updated all phases (pre alert to receipt of BoE) Broker clears cargo in the defined timelines Identify risks & take corrective actions in import operations. Submit duty requisition to Finance for duty payment to customs. Knowledge of various import customs duty exemption schemes Co-ordination with CHAs for import clearance activities Arranging Duties / OD from Trade finance. Movement of licenses / documents to CHA before arrival of shipment and return after debiting along with BOE. Preparation on E waybill Documentation support/Insurance claims documentations. Closing activities -Compilation and submission of debit sheet / BOEs/ MIS/ Monthly CHA bill provision. Circulate DSR on Last working day of every week to the customer/ stakeholders, ensuring updated all Import shipments. Sending Dispatch detail on next day after clearance along with copy of Import documentsto trade finance. To send list of critical shipments to customs broker and follow up for clearance.required for clearance of import shipments to concern dept. Prepare report & monthly MIS report.
