Personally responsible for organising a summer football festival for over 300 teams from around Sussex, Kent & Surrey over a weekend in June whose preparations begin in November. This allows over boys & girls from around 200 clubs from the ages of 6-18 to participate in one of the largest events of this nature in Southern England. Responsible for a turnover of in excess of £30k over the weekend and involvement includes the preparation, organising, arrangement and deployment of events, fixtures, co-ordination, time-management planning and overall structure of the event.Let me help you arrange your football tournament - right through from conception to completion, I can assist with distributing invites, to arranging match sequences, purchasing kit & equipment through to reducing budgets for catering, trophies & printing whilst liaising with key suppliers.
