My role as Product Manager included- Defining the product vision - Engaging with internal and external customers to help define requirements - Working with the business team to build the business case (based on cost v benefit projections)- Working with designers and user researchers to create compelling user scenarios - Defining and prioritising product features - Writing detailed product requirements - Coordinating with multiple (in house & outsourced) engineering teams to get the product delivered I have a great passion for NIHITO (Nothing Important Happens in the Office) and find working closely with end users/clients helped me deliver an award winning product for the corporate travel industry.
