ABOUT RUPERT CRUISE

I am a CTO with experience leading secure, connected technology platforms from strategy and architecture through to scalable deployment in complex operating environments. My work spans cloud-connected systems, edge computing, real-time data, cybersecurity, intelligent control, and the commercialisation of advanced technology. At ecoro, I lead the technology vision for an automated freight platform, combining secure communications, operational data, scalable system architecture, and real-world deployment. Previously, as co-founder of Magway, I helped develop a next-generation logistics platform and led technology and commercialisation from concept to pilot.Alongside my technology leadership, I bring direct professional-services experience. Through KermaPartners and earlier roles at Berwin Leighton Paisner, I advised senior leadership in international law firms on strategy, partner remuneration, pricing, and organisational change. That gave me a strong understanding of how technology, operating models, governance, and commercial priorities need to work together.I have also been involved in technology-enabled transformation in professional services, supporting a leading international law firm in deploying enterprise resource planning and practice management systems to improve operational visibility, drive process efficiency, and support scalable growth.Across my career, I have focused on turning technically complex ideas into robust, scalable, commercially relevant solutions. I am particularly interested in how cloud, edge intelligence, secure data flows, and modern engineering practices can help future-proof platforms and create differentiated client value.
