Rupert Dawes is a Knight Frank Proprietary Partner, Global Head of Residential, Joint Head of Residential Development and member of the UK Board. He is also a member of the board of Directors at McGrath real estate in Australia.As head of the Residential Global service line, Rupert is responsible for driving the firm’s International residential sales and project marketing and sales activity around the Group’s network of offices worldwide. Rupert is also joint Head of the Residential Development and Investment business where Knight Frank offer clients a comprehensive portfolio of tailored services covering every aspect of the residential development cycle, from facilitating the sale of land through to the sale of new homes. With over 25 years’ experience in residential sales and New Homes, Rupert has a detailed knowledge of development consultancy, project marketing and selling new homes both in the UK and internationally, across the super prime and prime markets.
